CNC Machining

CNC machining involves the use of computer-controlled tools like mills, lathes, or routers to precisely cut, shape, or engrave materials. The process is versatile and works with various materials, including metals, plastics, and wood.

C02 Laser Cutting

CO₂ laser cutting utilizes a focused laser beam powered by carbon dioxide gas to cut or engrave materials. The heat from the laser vaporizes or melts the material along the cutting path.

Water Jet Cutting

Water jet cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water, often mixed with abrasive particles, to cut through a wide range of materials. The process operates without generating heat, making it suitable for materials sensitive to heat distortion.

Large Format 3D Printing

3D printing builds objects layer by layer from a digital design. It works by depositing or solidifying material (plastic, resin, metal, or composites) using various techniques such as FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), SLA (Stereolithography), or SLS (Selective Laser Sintering).

Custom Metal Work

Our process involves designing, fabricating, and finishing steel and other metal components tailored to specific client requirements. The process can include cutting, welding, bending, machining, and surface treatments to create structural, functional, or decorative pieces. Steel’s strength, durability, and versatility make it an ideal material for applications across industries.
